Our holiday home Anker was lovingly renovated and extended in 2020. The cozy living room has a seating area with a wood-burning stove, cable and satellite TV. The large, modernly furnished eat-in kitchen with a dining area, induction hob, combination microwave/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment offers ample comfort and space. The two bedrooms are located on the converted first floor. There is a bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, towel warmer, and underfloor heating on both the ground and first floors. The large, enclosed south-facing terrace is partially covered and offers excellent wind and privacy protection. In the warmer months, it can be integrated into the living area via three doors. The garden is fully fenced with a 1.20m high fence. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The house includes two parking spaces. The house is non-smoking.
